To schedule an appointment at our Dublin or Eastside office, please contact us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday at 614-766-2006 or toll free at 800-348-2006.

How do I get to Columbus Ophthalmology?

How long should I anticipate my appointment will take?
The length of your appointment is determined by several factors, such as how much testing may be required, if you will be dilated or require scheduling surgery. For non-dilated appointments please plan for a minimum of one (1) hour.

For dilated appointments, please plan for a minimum of two (2) hours. We will make every effort to start your visit on time; however, due to the nature of our specialty practice, which includes emergencies, we sometimes incur delays. We appreciate your patience.

What do I need to bring to my visit?
You will need to bring your most recent insurance information, a list of your medications that includes name, strength and dosage, and your current prescription eyeglasses.

What insurance plans do you accept?

What credit cards do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit.

What should I do if I experience an eye emergency after office hours?
Columbus Ophthalmology Associates has a physician on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply contact our general telephone number 614-766-2006.
