To all of our COA patients:
This first week getting back into surgery and reopening the Dublin and East Side clinics has gone smoothly. We want to extend our gratitude to all of you and our amazing team for helping us navigate this transition. We appreciate your cooperation, patience, and understanding.
As we move forward, we will continue to ask all patients to wear a mask when entering either of our offices. A staff member will continue to greet you to measure your temperature and perform a health screening to ensure the safety of all patients, staff members, and doctors. As a reminder, we will also enforce the policy of having only the patient enter the clinic. We ask that your driver, spouse, or family member remain in his or her car during your appointment. Doing this allows us to follow Governor DeWine’s order and practice proper social distancing. All of our COA team members will keep wearing masks, clean all surfaces after every patient, and help maintain a safe environment.
Our surgical coordinators are continuing to contact patients to reschedule procedures. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this very unique situation. We will keep you informed of any new developments via phone communication, email, and social media (@coavision). Thank you—we hope to see you soon!
